Been a proud Tesla owner for 2 months now. 🙂
I’m no gazelle. By that, I mean I’m not slim. So this is not for me. I’m looking at picking up a Model Y. Something with a little more headroom. This is like getting into a corvette.
Major advantages:
1. Under 80k miles.
2. Newer Remanufactured Pack back in 2020; so this pack has 20k miles on it.
3. Free unlimited supercharging.
4. Free unlimited premium data.
5. Newly upgraded Dash and Screen (MCU2) – 6/2023.
6. Now with full navigation capabilities. Oddly when I got it, Nav was not ‘enabled’. You’re welcome.
7. 4 x new rims (prior to my acquisition). This is over $6k in upgrades (just in tires/rims).
8. This car is super fast; and regen breaking is super effective once you get the hang of it. I’m 52 so I’m not a hot-rod.
9. My driving score is 97 with Tesla Insurance so you know I’m not crazy.
Major disadvantages:
1. Tesla Build Quality – In general. 🙂
2. No AutoPilot.
3. Sound System is Dog Water. I’m upgrading that, so next owner won’t have to wear a headset.
