This Rivian full-size R1S Launch Edition SUV is effectively brand new, only driven the mileage to get it home. A very limited number of the Launch Edition R1S will be built and they are sold out.

Quad motor configuration delivers 835 horsepower and 908 ft lbs of torque. Large Battery Pack for up to 321 miles of range. Those two options are $14,000 on an R1S ordered today.

Massive cargo capacity as well as a huge “frunk” (front trunk). Heated and ventilated front seats and heated 2nd row seats. Wireless charging for compatible phones in the center console.

– Color: Limestone ($1750 option) with Black Mountain Dark Ash Wood interior

– Tow package: integrated Class IV 2-inch receiver hitch (hidden behind a removable cover) with integrated brake controller, trailer stability assist, and 7-pin connector.

– 3-row, 7-passenger seating with reclining, fold-flat 40/20/40 split second row and 50/50 split third row.

– Panoramic roof

– 4-corner air-adjustable height for ground clearance and ease of entry; it can even be set to “kneel” to its lowest position when shifted into in Park.

– 21-inch Road wheels and tires (configuration that provides the best battery range; other wheel/tire sizes reduce range 5%-15% per Rivian)

– Portable charger

– Five “keys”: fob with anodized aluminum loop; silicone key wrist band; 2 key cards; Rivian mobile app

– Compact spare tire ($450 option)

– Wireless Bluetooth portable external speaker (stows under the center console)

The Limestone color seems to kind of take on colors of its surroundings. It seems to look slightly different in varying light, which we think is very cool. It might be wise to look at other renderings of the color in addition to our photographs. (E.g., on the Rivian website.) The optional R1S All-Weather Mats set and Field Kit are in hand, still in their unopened boxes as shown. The stock mats are great looking too, made for tough use, and can also be hosed off.
